Shipping & Delivery Policy

​Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Delivery is door - to - door via J&T, LBC. Shipping charges are paid upon check-out flat fee based on delivery location.


Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept merchandise in its original condition with label and tag remains intact and accompanied by the original invoice for a refund of the purchase price. Full price merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

 

Merchandise returned will be processed within 7 – 10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of the purchase are non-refundable.

 

Please ship returned merchandise with tracking service. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

 

In order to exchange an item, please send an e-mail to [email protected] & request for Return Authorization. Return the original item for a refund. A new order can then be placed at www.finaella.com. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
